Delivery Information

We currently ship to South Africa only. Items which are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of placing your order. All orders will be delivered by SAPO by registered mail (3-4 days) or by overnight counter to counter delivery to your post office.

A Note about our Handcrafted Items:

Each of the items on the Cocoon Jewellery web site is handcrafted by me, Katie. This means that each item is unique, and may have slight variations from piece to piece. Please accept this as one of the beautiful features of owning a special piece from Cocoon Jewellery.

Packaging

Every Cocoon purchase will come in it's own pastel coloured organza pouch tied with satin ribbon. This will then be packaged in a padded envelope, so don't worry your jewels will not get damaged!

Availability

We wil try our best to only display available stock on this website, If you order items which are out of stock or subject to a delay, we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our contact enquiries, we will continue to process the items on your order. There will be no substitute products unless you give us your authority. All sold out items will be removed from the site as soon as possible.

Spend R700 or more on any items and recieve free shipping!
All current shipping charges are flat rate regardless of the size of your order. Therefore larger orders will receive discounted shipping at no extra cost!

Once you have placed your order and we have sent your invoice you can pay by Direct deposit or Electronic transfer ONLY! We do not currently have credit card facilities.
